30 minutes of fun for kids ages 5-12! This can be an indoor or outdoor activity. Parents should feel free to join in or take that much needed break. Children will be led through a jumping, jogging, crawling, and skipping a workout to keep them active and burn off some energy! Led by Angela Severn, MS, ATC, CSCS; Certified Athletic Trainer in the NYU Department of Athletics as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Equipment Needed: Sneakers, appropriate apparel for jumping/crawling, two water bottles/cans of soup or light toys, and a sports ball to dribble or toss to a partner or wall.
