Stephen is the founder of Upper East Holdings Limited and the Executive Director of Lady M Hong Kong Limited and Fortune Park Holdings, a Hong Kong-based enterprise engaging in retail business, property and private equity investments. He is also the Director of certain subsidiaries of the Glorious Sun Group, a listed company in Hong Kong. Stephen also manages US$300 million of properties in New York and Hong Kong Believing that refined confectionaries will become a big hit in Hong Kong, he established HK’s Lady M New York’s franchise in 2015. Riding on this success, Stephen opened Sugarfina in July 2018 and The Tiffany Blue Box Café in 2019. Partnering with Dominique Ansel, they established Dang Wen Li by Dominque Ansel in 2020.
